Siemens Healthineers invites you to join as a Customer Finance Intern in a hybrid program based in Malvern, PA or Cary, NC. You will rotate across QTB, C&C, PBM, LCM, ES FI and CSC FI, supporting quote to cash processes, contracts, and financial analysis this summer and part-time during the academic year.

We seek motivated students pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Accounting with at least a 3.0 GPA, who can work full-time over the summer and 10–20 hours per week during term, and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Rising senior/2028 graduate preferred.
• Must be available to work full time during the summer and part time (10-20 hours per week) during fall and spring academic terms.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Quote & Contract Support with CRM quotes, contract terms, and approvals.
• Handle pre-booking to booking activities and documentation handoffs.
• Support financial analysis and reporting for ES FI and CSC FI teams.
• Monitor customer assets, inventory, and margin improvement initiatives at customer sites.
• Ensure adherence to all finance, accounting, and quality policies.
