Job summary

University of Colorado System Administration seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to train and support customers on PSC tools across four campuses. The role guides users on Concur Travel & Expense, CU Marketplace, and PeopleSoft Finance while promoting policy compliance and efficient service.

You will respond to inquiries, provide knowledge resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and the customer experience. Hybrid work with Colorado residents is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (experience may substitute for education).
• One year of professional work experience in a customer service role (e.g., help desk or call center).

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to PSC customers on procurement tools (Concur, CU Marketplace, etc.).
• Respond to high-volume emails and calls during core hours (8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m. MST).
• Explain PSC/University policies related to procurement, travel, and accounts payable.
• Research payment statuses and assist supplier registrations/processes.
• Instruct customers on PSC website resources and policy navigation.
• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
• Create content for PSC Knowledge Base and assist AI chatbot functionality.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
