Job summary

University of Colorado System seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to train and support customers across four campuses and the Office of the President. You will guide users on PSC tools like PeopleSoft, Concur, and CU Marketplace, ensuring policy compliance and smooth procure-to-pay processes.

The role reports to the Customer Success Program Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement from home and the 1800 Grant St, Denver location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of professional work experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to PSC customers on tools (Concur, CU Marketplace, PeopleSoft).
• Promote compliance by interpreting procurement and travel policies.
• Respond to high-volume inquiries via email/phone during core PSC hours.
• Research payment status and assist suppliers with registrations and resolutions.
• Create Knowledge Base content and assist AI chatbot tools.
