Job summary

CU System Administration is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to train and support customers across four campuses and the President’s Office. You will guide users in PSC tools such as PeopleSoft, Concur, and CU Marketplace, while ensuring policy compliance and delivering excellent service.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build knowledge resources, and contribute to process improvements, with a hybrid work arrangement and emphasis on customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; substitutions allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• 1 year of professional work experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to customers on PSC functions using PSC tools (Concur, CU Marketplace, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Respond to high volume of emails and calls during core hours.
• Promote policy compliance and guidance on procurement, travel, and accounts payable.
• Create content for PSC Knowledge Base and support AI chatbot functionality.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
