Job summary

Talentify in Manchester, NH is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will process orders, address shipping concerns, and assist with returns and repairs, coordinating with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to resolution.

You will keep CRM/ERP data accurate, provide timely updates, and help identify recurring issues for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain documentation.
• Resolve order issues, shipping delays, product questions, and inquiries.
• Manage product returns and repair requests from start to finish.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders and issues.
