Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytics.
• Proficient with MS Office; quick to learn P21, SharePoint, Power BI, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and promptly; provide timely order updates.
• Track orders, coordinate shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records in P21 and SharePoint; support Sales, Logistics, and Accounting.
