Dawar Consulting, Inc. is assisting a world‑leader in life sciences by recruiting an Order Fulfillment Specialist in Indianapolis, IN with a hybrid work setup. You will oversee the end‑to‑end customer order experience from inquiry through delivery.

This position requires strong communication and experience in order management or related operations. SAP and Salesforce experience are preferred; a related Associate’s degree plus 1 year of customer service (or 3+ years) is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree + 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related operations.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone and email.
• Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics.
• Track and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects.

Role Overview
The Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end customer orderexperience from inquiry through delivery. This role handles customercommunications, order changes, returns, credits/debits, pricing, invoicing, andlogistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improveprocesses.

Key Responsibilities
