Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in customer service, and strong communication, CRM/ERP proficiency, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex cases.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and assist account managers.
• Share customer feedback to improve inventory and satisfaction.
