Job summary

Risus Talent Partners LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative across CSR I, II, III levels to support order processing, quoting, inventory coordination, and customer service, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

CSR levels range from entry to senior, with responsibilities including handling complex accounts, mentoring others, and partnering with Sales and Operations to drive retention and revenue growth across key product categories.

Qualifications

• CSR I: 0–2 years, CSR II: 2–5 years, CSR III: 5+ years
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or related B2B
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications or related field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm customer orders on receipt; follow standard procedures
• Generate quotes within 24–48 hours with guidance
• Maintain customer records and update filing system daily
• Support pricing, inventory processes, and cross‑functional coordination
