Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a year-round, part-time Customer Experience Intern to support analysts and sales teams while learning customer-service processes. You will gain exposure to customer-focused operations and contribute to improving service levels.

The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with an hourly rate of $18.75. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance with at least three semesters remaining and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Must have at least 3 semesters remaining in school (May 2028 grads or later).
• Proficient in Excel and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Experience Analysts, Sales and the Customer.
• Own key customer accounts and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Direct communication with customers via email and phone.
• Contribute to projects requiring analysis of reports and statistics.
• Attend regular team meetings.
