Schreiber Foods, Inc. is offering a Consumer Insights Intern position in Green Bay, WI. The role supports understanding consumer voice and building selling strategies with data, partnering with sales, product, and leadership to translate insights into actions.

The internship is paid at $18.75/hour with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days on site, 2 from home) and year-round availability. Enrolled students gain real-world exposure in retail and food service.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Marketing, business, economics or related field.
• Must have at least two years remaining in school by start date (May 2028 grads or later).
• Ability to work 20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week in the summer.
• Must be able to work year-round at Schreiber Foods Home Office in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand the voice of the consumer to the organization.
• Utilize data sources to create and support selling strategies for our product and customer mix.
• Collaborate with sales partners, product managers, and leadership to turn consumer voice into actionable solutions.
• Gain experience in the retail and food service industries and tell compelling sales stories.
