Job summary

Huntington branch office is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers, retain and grow relationships, and proactively identify financial goals and needs. You will recommend deposits and other banking services while handling transactions accurately and with excellent service.

The role emphasizes educating customers, building partnerships across the bank, and adhering to policies and procedures in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales. Cash handling skills. Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up program, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
