Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge, helping clients reach financial goals with deposit products and related services.

You will handle daily transactions, balance duties, and cultivate customer relationships through proactive outreach, referrals, and partnerships across bank departments. Strong service focus and knowledge of banking products are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to learn banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
