Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role (onsite 8:30am-5:00pm CT; Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite). You will handle a broad range of customer inquiries, verify orders and billing information, and assist with account changes while delivering accurate product information.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager within FCC | CLC - Business Filings and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications
