You will report to the Customer Service Manager within FCC | CLC - Business Filings and contribute to a collaborative team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and enhancing their experience. You will handle various operational tasks and assist customers with more complex inquiries. This position offers an opportunity to further develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Hybrid** : Eight days a month, we come together in the closest office (WI-Madison) within 50 milesto experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Customer Service, Manager and work under the leadership of the Vice President II, General Management. This role is a part of FCC | CLC - Business Filings | Wolters Kluwer. Shift Hours** : 8:30am-5pm CT | Required every Tuesday and Wednesday Onsite** | (Training Schedule 9:30 to 5:30pm CT)

Compensation:

$29,200.00 - $48,900.00 USD

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
