You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues with empathy, and provide accurate product information.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Care or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, helpful demeanor.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for full resolution.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process customer requests, such as orders, returns, and account updates.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
