Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other teams
• Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers
• Keep customers proactively informed on issue status and clarify doubts
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) and share insights with management
