Job summary

Wix Cedar Rapids is seeking a Customer Care Expert to guide users, resolve issues, and promote Wix tools across phone, chat, and email. You’ll maintain expert knowledge of Wix products, collaborate with product teams, and onboard users to relevant services in a hybrid in-person role.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes with empathy, documenting interactions in real time, and driving satisfaction while meeting KPIs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a client-facing customer service role.
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy to handle complex needs.
• Curious about what drives users and how to help them.
• Ability to maintain focus and meet KPIs under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of contacts across email, chat and phone.
• De-escalate and resolve complex or sensitive issues with empathy.
• Document interactions in designated systems in real time.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback.
• Onboard Wix users to tools and services and assist with adoption.
• Stay current on Wix products and updates and communicate improvements.
• Exceed targets while upholding security and privacy in all interactions.
