Wix is seeking a highly organized Sales Development Representative to join the Enterprise Sales team in Cedar Rapids. You will manage inbound and outbound programs, conduct discovery, and work with Marketing to fuel qualified opportunities.

You’ll keep Salesforce up to date and help drive pipeline growth with strong communication and discovery skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing's AI-assisted initiatives, event recruitment, and precise qualification processes in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 1+ year SDR/BDR experience in inbound lead qualification and multi-channel outbound.
• Demonstrated ability to execute structured workflows with high consistency.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales development, or web management platforms is preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft).
• Exposure to AI-assisted prospecting tools, intent data, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within agreed response times, qualify fit and route to Account Executive.
• Conduct phone discovery to uncover business challenges, stakeholders and timing.
• Execute personalized email, phone and LinkedIn outreach to target accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing's AI-assisted outbound programs and add human engagement.
• Own event recruitment and follow-up, from invitations to qualification.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data across lead status, campaigns and next steps.
• Share prospect insights with Marketing and Sales to sharpen targeting and messaging.
