Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Culture and Engagement Lead to guide the program's people strategy in a hybrid role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, PM, organizational development or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, HR, organizational development, or related field.
• Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of engagement principles, culture-building, or change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with executive-facing experience.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using surveys, dashboards, or analytics tools.
• Experience supporting a large federal government program, portfolio, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience managing staffing across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of engagement and retention strategies.
• Experience with program managers, recruiting, and HR organizations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage large workforce data.
• Experience developing or maintaining workforce dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement strategy and associated action planning.
• Translate culture strategy into actionable plans with owners and milestones.
• Build and sustain a productive culture to support the team and portfolio.
• Draft, coordinate and share leadership communications and updates.
• Facilitate change management efforts to adopt culture initiatives.
• Create resources and toolkits to scale initiatives across the portfolio.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to refine programs with real-time data.
• Monitor retention metrics and inform retention strategies.
• Create and manage recognition programs to support retention.
• Coordinate experiences for an engaged workforce: events, team building, offsites, celebrations.
• Lead learning and development activities on engagement, coaching, and feedback tools.
• Track progress using KPIs and present insights to leadership.
