Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Culture + Engagement Manager to design, implement, and improve programs that foster an engaging, inclusive employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with leaders, HR, and staff to drive culture, belonging, and personal growth, and manage internal communications on programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' human resources experience, preferably in HRBP capacity.
• 2+ years' experience developing and administering engagement and inclusion programs.
• Willingness to travel for community events and outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's employee engagement strategy across the full lifecycle.
• Draw insights from data to inform strategies, narratives, and action plans.
• Advise all levels of employees and embed inclusion and belonging into culture.
• Design and deliver education to drive inclusion and belonging.
• Build relationships with local organizations and educational institutions to enhance brand and capability.
• Lead HR internal communications on well-being, performance, culture, and engagement surveys.
• Create and sustain an annual engagement calendar and manage survey initiatives.
