Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity. You will serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver secure cloud-based solutions for DoD programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong PM, leadership, and communication skills, experience coordinating technical teams, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies and software development processes.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of project coordination, project management, technical, defense, or related experience
• 5+ years of experience managing IT, software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ within 30 days of start date
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary project manager and customer interface for assigned government programs.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, project documentation, and status reports.
• Coordinate project activities across systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and operations teams.
• Track project scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, customer meetings, and project status reviews.
• Coordinate system deployments, production releases, maintenance activities, and project deliverables.
• Support project reporting by preparing executive briefings, customer presentations, and status updates.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Other duties, as assigned.
