Michigan Medicine is seeking an CSPD Instrument Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison among CSPD, ORs, clinics, supply chain, finance, informatics, physicians, and vendors. You will ensure instrument availability, regulatory compliance, and efficient usage for surgical and clinic instrumentation while supporting operational excellence and quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of sterile processing experience required.
• Certification through an accredited Sterile Processing Organization such as CBSPD or HSPA required.

Responsabilidades

• Instrumentation management & inventory oversight including backup levels and utilization.
• Tray, set and process management with new tray creation and revisions.
• Serve as primary liaison for CSPD and clinical customers; establish SLAs.
• Review IFUs and ensure regulatory compliance; develop SOPs and education.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements in instrumentation workflow.
