Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of sterile processing experience required.
• Certification through CBSPD or HSPA required.
• Experience leading projects, programs, teams, or process improvements preferred.
• Associate degree, advanced certification, or related healthcare education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instrumentation Management & Inventory Oversight.
• Tray, Set, and Process Management.
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations.
• Establishing a service level agreement with customers.
• Guiding procurement of reusable instruments.
• Coordinating instrument drop-off and pick up times.
• Collaborating with Peri-Op Informatics to add trays to tracking software.
• Primary contact for new set creation and ensuring process flow.
