Hibbett, Inc. seeks a Manager of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to lead growth and retention initiatives across the customer journey. You will oversee the loyalty program (Hibbett Rewards), email and mobile marketing, and customer engagement programs, driving acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

The role requires strategic direction, analytics, and leadership of a cross-functional team. The position is hybrid in Birmingham, AL, with four days onsite and one remote day each week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years CRM, lifecycle, retention, growth, loyalty, or customer marketing experience, preferably retail or e-commerce.
• 2+ years leading marketing professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building customer marketing strategies across channels and lifecycle stages.
• Strong analytical skills translating performance into actionable insights.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with emerging CRM, loyalty, personalization, AI, and marketing technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead Growth and Retention marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Oversee Hibbett Rewards, using member behavior and program performance to strengthen engagement and value.
• Oversee Email and Mobile Marketing as channels for growth and strategy activation.
• Plan and manage promotional calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop the CRM & lifecycle team, setting clear priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate with technology partners and agencies to support program execution and capability expansion.
