Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Credit & Collections experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, reporting, and analysis).
• Working knowledge of AI and automation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or similar industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Credit & Collections Analysts.
• Review customer credit risk and approve credits and limits.
• Oversee collections and resolve past-due accounts.
• Manage customer deductions and claims across types.
• Investigate account discrepancies and complex reconciliations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and escalation point for account concerns.
• Support audits, reporting, and financial analyses.
• Drive process improvements with AI and automation to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
