Job summary

You will drive risk management, coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, and guide strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires a finance or related degree with 5+ years in credit or risk roles and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements using data to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and strengthen risk management practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support key business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, improve decision‑making, and optimize credit and collections performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource for credit‑related matters and customer account management.
