Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. seeks a Credit & Collections Supervisor to lead the collections team, manage aging, settlements, and vendor payments. The role focuses on risk, cash flow reporting, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of management, and experience in collections across distribution/wholesale sectors. AI/automation experience is essential. Salary ranges from $110k–$120k with bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong track record of collections, problem resolution, customer service, and credit/risk management.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Distribution, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing industries background.
• Experience using AI and/or automation tools is essential!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Credit & Collections team and ensure timely cash collection.
• Manage collections and bad debt accounts and report cash flow.
• Negotiate account settlements and review vendor contracts.
• Update aging report and monitor payment plans.
• Process new customer applications and ensure proper payments to vendors.
• Send weekly billing reports to customers and update management on status.
