Jobot is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Credit Manager in San Clemente, CA to lead a global credit and AR function. The role focuses on risk evaluation, collections leadership, cash application, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing credit policies, managing domestic and international programs, and driving ERP/reporting enhancements while mentoring a high-performing team. Hybrid options may be available based on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience evaluating customer credit risk and establishing credit policies.
• Strong AR management, collections, DSO management, bad debt management, and AR reconciliation experience.
• Experience managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Forecasting cash collections and providing KPI reporting.
• Experience working with domestic and international customers/distributors.
• Strong ERP systems experience: Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing customer creditworthiness and approve credit limits and terms.
• Lead end-to-end collections and monitor AR aging and collection metrics.
• Oversee daily cash application and reconcile customer accounts.
• Produce executive AR and collections reporting and forecast cash collections.
• Manage domestic and international distributor credit programs and related disputes.
• Drive ERP and reporting system enhancements and automation as part of process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AR/Credit staff and establish performance standards.
