• Perform underwriting analyses for new jobs.
• Monitor aging accounts and determine actions to maximize collections.
• Prepare monthly reports on collection issues for management.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to ensure timely responses and good customer experience.
• Communicate with District Management and field teams regularly.
• Assist in account reconciliations and dispute resolution as needed.
