Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking a Credit Analyst to manage the accounts receivable portfolio, minimize risk, and maximize collections under the District Credit Manager. You will assess creditworthiness using statements and credit services, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve balances.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in credit & collections, construction industry preferred.
• Experience with underwriting, collections, and project securitization is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communications skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations on existing and potential customers.
• Perform underwriting analyses for new jobs with GC’s/owners and sureties.
• Prepare monthly reports on collection issues to management.
• Monitor aging of AR and determine actions needed.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure timely responses and good customer experience.
• Perform ad hoc reporting for credit and finance leadership.
• Engage with District Management regularly and manage collection calls.
