Job summary

Mosaic Partners seeks a Loan Servicing Associate to support monthly servicing and transaction processing for loan portfolios, including CLO and REPO investments. You will ensure timely payments, postings, and research ahead of payment dates, following investor guidelines, servicing agreements, and SLAs.

In a team of 8-10 professionals, you will collaborate across Investor Reporting, Asset Management, Treasury, and Technology to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and drive scalable

Qualifications

• 3 years of loan servicing experience, including at least 2 years of commercial real estate loan servicing for multiple sources/investors.
• Knowledge of CRE servicing within a cross-functional team: closing, boarding, billing, collections; docs, LOCs, reserves, UCC, liens; maturing loans and payoff.
• Working knowledge of CRE finance: loan types, property types, lenders.
• Experience with Enterprise! or equivalent large-scale loan servicing system.
• MS Office proficiency; experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly servicing and transaction processing for CLO and REPO investments.
• Ensure monthly payments, postings, and research ahead of payment dates are accurate and timely per guidelines and agreements.
• Collaborate with Investor Reporting, Asset Management, Treasury, and Technology to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.
• Partner with the Managing Director, Loan Administration, to scale processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement best practices.
• Strive to meet key performance indicators and service-level agreements.
