Job summary

NewPoint Real Estate Capital is seeking a Servicing Associate in Loan Administration to oversee monthly processing for a bridge loan portfolio, including CLO and REPO investments. The role emphasizes accurate posting, timely payments, and strict adherence to investor and servicing guidelines.

The candidate will work with Investor Reporting, Asset Management, Treasury, and Technology to enhance processes, build scalable posting routines, and maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan servicing experience, including CRE loan servicing for multiple capital sources/investors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with loan documents, closing, billing, and collections is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send monthly billing statements.
• Process payments, reconcile, monitor lockboxes, and process wires to resolve discrepancies.
• Process payoff transactions and reclass funds related to funding and waterfall processing.
• Review loan/closing documents, set up loans in servicing system, and generate welcome letters.
