Job summary

NewPoint Real Estate Capital LLC in Plano, TX is seeking a Servicing Associate, Loan Administration, to oversee monthly processing for a bridge loan portfolio, including CLO and REPO investments. You will ensure timely payments, postings, and payoff processing, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with investor reporting and servicing requirements.

Working with 8–10 servicing professionals, you will drive process improvements, identify automation opportunities, and support KPI

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate loan servicing.
• Knowledge of loan closing, boarding, billing, and collections.
• Familiarity with letters of credit, reserves, UCCs, and liens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send monthly billing statements.
• Process payments and reconcile discrepancies; monitor lockboxes and wires.
• Process payoff transactions.
• Reclass reserve funds related to fundings and waterfall processing.
• Disbursements and wires under tight deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete required training on time.
• Support compliance with KPIs.
• Participate in servicing projects as needed.
• Update servicing systems for loan structure changes.
• Monitor rate cap agreements, LOCs, UCCs, reserves, and escrows.
