Qualifications

• 5+ years Coupa analysis, automation, or implementation experience, or 3+ years focused on processing activities.
• Hands-on Coupa procurement, invoicing, and supplier modules experience.
• Strong accounts payable experience including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience troubleshooting configurations, workflows, and approval chains in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Coupa procurement, invoicing, and supplier modules.
• Maintain and update system configurations, approval chains, and workflows.
• Monitor system performance and resolve configuration issues.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions for governance.
• Coordinate testing of enhancements and new features before deployment.
• Support end-to-end invoice processing from submission to payment.
