Job Description

The Systems Administrator – Procurement is responsible for managing the procure-to-invoice system, including all Coupa modules (Sourcing, Procure to Pay, AIC, Analytics, Supplier Risk, Supplier Enablement, Early Pay Discounts, Contract Repository, Inventory, and Capital Projects). The role supports system integrations with SAP, EDW, and A3, maintains key data files (user permissions, catalog setup, templates, item master, reports), provides user support, and audits supplier profiles in SAP to prevent duplication. The role partners with IT and Accounts Payable teams to ensure clear communication and collaborates across departmental functions for seamless procurement processes.
