Qualifications

• Experience supporting a recruiting team and related HR duties.
• Experience arranging travel, reimbursements, and events.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ATS or CRMs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews and travel for out-of-town candidates.
• Coordinate interview itineraries with candidates and teams.
• Welcome onsite candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS.
• Support recruiting events and various projects.
