Pacific Staffing has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity at their West Sacramento facility. You will lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent.

Location: West Sacramento, CA | Hybrid (2 days onsite) after training period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive corporate recruitment experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate operational environments is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is highly desired
• Technical sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive networking
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offers
• Strategic Sourcing: build pipelines through diverse channels and social networks
• Hiring Manager Partnership: collaborate with leaders and HR on needs and planning
• Candidate Experience: ensure a positive, timely recruitment journey from outreach to onboarding
• ATS & Compliance: maintain accurate ATS records and ensure regulatory compliance
