You will lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent.

Location: West Sacramento, CA | Hybrid (2 days onsite) after training period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive corporate recruitment experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate operational environments is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is highly desired
• Technical sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive networking
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Pacific Staffing has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity at their West Sacramento facility. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent. This position is ideal for a proactive recruitment professional skilled in high-volume, technical, or manufacturing hiring who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. Location: West Sacramento, CA | Hybrid (2 days onsite) after training period.Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00 / hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and extending offers.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing channels, talent pools, and social media networks to build a strong pipeline for open requisitions.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and workforce planning goals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive, and timely recruitment experience for all candidates from initial outreach through onboarding.
• ATS & Compliance: Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications
