Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across corporate, automotive, and manufacturing client environments. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align workforce plans and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes.

You will build diverse pipelines, deliver data-driven insights on market trends and metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s brand and values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades preferred.
• Strong HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with team goals.
• Passion for sustainable workforce development.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans and drive equitable hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
• Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights to support leaders with market trends and hiring metrics.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client's employer brand and values.
• Collaborate on onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals.
• Manage candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events to attract top talent.
• Serve as SME on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best HR practices.
