Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (Manufacturing / Corporate / HR) for a remote role in the United States.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting across manufacturing, corporate, and professional functions, partnering with HR and hiring managers to drive equitable hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to HR, automotive or manufacturing environments, and strong data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Experience partnering with HR and business leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies with workforce plans.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
• Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights to support leadership with market trends and hiring metrics.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand and values.
• Collaborate on onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data across systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events to attract top talent.
