Job summary

Pacific Staffing partners with a premier West Sacramento-based international manufacturing organization to recruit an HR Project Manager. The role, hybrid and reporting to the VP of People, drives compliance, risk management, workforce analytics, and continuous improvement across a multi-site network.

The ideal candidate will own the HR issue and risk portfolio, identify root causes of systemic process gaps, elevate service delivery, and ensure scalable, compliant HR operations across shared

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years in HR operations, compliance, or analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong root-cause analysis, process improvement, and executive dashboard creation.
• Experience in multi-site, shared services or matrixed environments; certifications are a plus (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Lean/Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance and process improvement across multi-site operations.
• Direct HR compliance activities and coordinate audits; track remediation plans.
• Build and maintain executive HR dashboards; analyze workforce trends.
• Serve as central hub connecting HRBP, Shared Services, COEs, Legal, Payroll, and Operations.
• Partner with executive HR leadership on workforce planning and operational health.
