Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume talent acquisition across professional and corporate roles in the Charlotte area. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting within large organizations, strong sourcing skills, and a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting within a large organization.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed for recruiting and candidate sourcing is required.
• Experience recruiting in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
• Source, identify, screen, and refer qualified candidates using Indeed, social media, networking, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Utilize Indeed as a primary sourcing platform to proactively identify candidates and build talent pipelines
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while meeting established hiring goals and maintaining a strong candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with open positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including networking, data mining, job fairs, referrals, and online recruiting platforms
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting activity and analyze sourcing effectiveness to improve recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting information within the Applicant Tracking System
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring strong follow-through
