Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis in the Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for professional and corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers and building strong candidate pipelines.

The candidate will develop sourcing strategies, conduct screening and interviews, and manage multiple searches with a hands-on, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of corporate recruiting experience or comparable full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional and corporate-level positions.
• Experience working within an established corporate Talent Acquisition function.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates directly and developing talent pipelines.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed for recruiting and candidate sourcing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for a variety of professional and corporate positions across the organization.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Utilize Indeed to proactively identify qualified candidates and develop talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with open positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and help move searches forward effectively.
• Track recruiting activity and evaluate sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage multiple recruiting priorities independently while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
