Mission Produce, a global leader in fresh avocados and fruit, is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate roles. This onsite/hybrid role based in Oxnard, CA partners with hiring managers to design scalable processes and manage pipelines across functions.

You will source, screen, and guide candidates from intake to offer, ensuring a high-quality experience while contributing to workforce planning and strategic recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Ability to own the recruiting lifecycle cradle-to-grave.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms.
• Experience with an ATS and HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners throughout intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines with proactive strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Leverage ATS/HRIS for requisitions, metrics, and reporting.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Stay informed on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
