Job summary

Odoo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, CA. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle across roles and partner with hiring managers to define needs and build strategies.

With 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, you are proactive, organized, able to manage multiple searches, and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to shape our talent strategy as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.
• Conduct candidate screens to evaluate experience, motivation, communication, and overall alignment with the role.
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.
• Guide hiring managers through structured, consistent, and objective interview processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations and other People team members to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
