Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is hiring a Commercial Ops Analyst in Lake Zurich, IL. The role analyzes and revises contracts for medical devices and related products, managing pricing, rebates, compliance, and reporting. This hybrid position requires onsite work three days per week.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to collaborate across Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams to improve contract processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 years' experience developing customer contracts and administering pricing.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with SAP/Vistex and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters, and quotes.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, and Legal on contract development and compliance.
• Administer pricing and resolve pricing disputes.
• Manage contract files, expirations, and admin fees.
• Generate ad hoc sales and management reports.
• Support process improvements in Commercial Operations.
