Job summary

The Contract Marketing Analyst at Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC analyzes data from multiple systems to review contract compliance and performance, and prepares commercial analyses to inform contract operations, marketing and sales teams.

This hybrid role requires on-site work in Lake Zurich, Illinois three days per week and offers a comprehensive benefits package, salary range, and career growth opportunities within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
• 3–5 years related work experience in customer contracting analytics.
• Knowledge of GPOs, PBMs, payers, IDNs, and wholesaler experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI platforms; SAP, Model N, CLM, Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of new contracts and changes in Model N.
• Onboard new customers including account setup and ACH setup.
• Draft pricing and rebate program forms for Model N loading.
• Provide support for contracts including updating and maintaining contract files.
• Assist with contract documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Files contract documents per SOPs and prepares records retention.
• Collaborate with contract operations on analytics and reconciliations for deductions.
• Help resolve customer ad hoc contract setup/ordering issues.
