Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Lake Zurich, Illinois, is seeking an Analyst for Contract Marketing and Commercial Analysis. The role focuses on pricing analysis, trade strategy, and customer insights to support marketing and sales teams.

You will extract and analyze data from multiple systems to guide contract decisions and pricing initiatives. The position is hybrid and requires onsite work three days per week in Lake Zurich.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of two years in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or Demand Planning with strong analytics.
• Knowledge of medical device, hospital/pharmacy products and/or pharmaceutical contractual terms preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with customer agreements (GPO/IDN contracting) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation; able to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pricing for GPO, IDN and complex accounts.
• Communicate analyses and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to assess usage, cross references and opportunities for IV Therapy and device markets.
• Provide pricing recommendations for bids/RFPs and contract terms and conditions.
• Maintain sales data and product info for timely bids/RFPs/RFIs.
• Develop and manage reporting templates for data interpretation.
• Explain pricing and business decisions to leadership with supporting analysis.
• Ensure data quality in outgoing reports and analyses.
• Design ad hoc reports to support various functional areas.
