Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd in Denver/Seattle hybrid role seeks a Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements related to engineering, construction, procurement, and facility operations. You will partner with internal teams and outside counsel to drive efficient contract lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in contracts management, strong drafting and commercial judgment, and experience with CLM tools.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal or comparable experience within a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively across departments and with outside counsel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, particularly contracts for construction and operation of critical infrastructure.
• Experience using CLM tools to manage contract workflows, approvals, and reporting.
• Experience establishing and managing legal processes for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including agreements for engineering, construction, procurement, facility operations, and utility infrastructure and services.
• Develop, document and continuously improve processes for contract intake, prioritization, review, and approval.
• Develop and continuously improve standard contract templates.
• Build and manage CLM workflows to improve contracting efficiency.
• Provide practical advice to business teams on negotiations, vendor relations and contract terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and streamline contracting workflows.
• Coordinate with other members of the Legal team and outside counsel on complex deals.
